What is the cleaning process for my wash and fold order?

We never mix one customer order with another – each order is processed on its own
Only one laundry processor works on a full order for accountability
We always separate whites and colors
We read the order preferences and instructions for each order to confirm detergent requested, type of drying or any other special instructions
Our standard process is there are no specific instruction is using industry best practices: washing in cold water and using low heat for drying
