By subscribing to a University Laundry Plan through our website or the “orlandolaundryroom.com”, you agree to our terms regarding auto-renewals and service policies.

Plans:

• Semester Plans: Automatically renew each at the start of a new semester.
• Price Changes: If subscription prices change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

Auto-Renewal Reminders:

You’ll receive an email reminder before your plan renews. It’s your responsibility to update contact information to avoid missing notifications.

Cancellation:

You can cancel auto-renewals by following the instructions provided in the confirmation email from our payment provider ‘Stripe”.

University Laundry Plan Service:

• Clothing is washed, dried, and folded as per care labels.
• Ensure garments are washable; we are not responsible for damages to non-washable items or items left in pockets.
• University Laundry plans cannot be shared. Violations may result in plan cancellation without a refund.

Dry Cleaning:

Items submitted for dry cleaning are cleaned and returned on hangers or in a bag. Charges for dry cleaning are separate.

Billing:

• Payment is charged in full at the start of the semester. For example, if the semester cost is $669.99 for 16 weeks, this amount is billed upfront. However, as weeks progress, the prorated cost decreases, with the full price divided evenly over the 16-week period.

Service Changes:

Service times, locations, or pricing may change due to campus logistics. Notifications will be sent via email or phone.

Pickup & Delivery:

Laundry Room Orlando is not responsible for clothing before pickup or after delivery.

Unclaimed Orders:

Orders not claimed within 120 days will be donated.
